JOB DESCRIPTION:

~ Initiates and implements multi-channel marketing strategies based on agreed brand objectives
~ Manages ongoing campaign execution and digital social media strategies
~ Builds the marketing calendar
~ Analyses and develops a marketing strategy to increase the number of customers; Develops B2B opportunity
~ Increases national brand awareness
~ Increases walk in traffic physically in stores and social media engagement
~ Manages monthly promos and events to increase company revenue
~ Manages Facebook / Instagram / Tumblr / Twitter / Pinterest / Bloggers / YouTube / GOOGLE+/LinkedIn etc
~ Manages offline marketing initiatives for new store openings
~ Works collaboratively with creative agencies and also bloggers
~ Manages customer satisfaction survey


REQUIREMENTS:

* A bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or relevant
* Minimal 5 years experience as Marketing Manager
* Male or Female under 35
* Ability to work in a team and independently; Leadership skills
* Highly passionate and creative
* Strong written and oral communication skills; Presentation skills
* Copywriting/blogging experience
* Shows initiative and proactive with ideas
* Ability to prioritise and deliver within deadlines
* Strong knowledge in social media tools such as Instagram, Facebook & Twitter
